ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME

Arrival and departure are agreed at the time of booking. Erossea Villa recommends:
Check-in time after 3:00 pm
Check-out time before 11:00 am

Inform Erossea Villa of your expected arrival time in advance, including all details, by email to reservations@erosseavilla.com.

In case of flight delays or any inconvenience while traveling, contact us at the earliest at the phone number +30 697 15 444 10. We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs unless confirmed by us in advance.

To make your stay even more comfortable, we may suggest the following: if you expect to arrive early and would like to access the accommodation immediately, we recommend you book the night before. Likewise, if you wish to depart later than our official check-out time, we recommend you book for an additional night to guarantee access until you depart.

CLEANING & HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

Erossea Villa provides daily cleaning, daily towel changes, and linen changes on request – green card. Should the guests require extra housekeeping service, please advise us at the time of booking.

BREAKFAST & CHEF SERVICE

The booking rates include breakfast service.
Any chef or food catering service at the villa must be arranged exclusively through Erossea Villa and approved in advance. No externally arranged catering, chef, food delivery, or similar service may attend or operate at the property without prior written approval from Erossea Villa.

EXTRA CONCIERGE SERVICES & ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Erossea Villa offers to arrange concierge services, sightseeing, transport, and selected activities upon request. All such services are arranged exclusively through Erossea Villa, are subject to availability, and should be booked well in advance. No externally arranged service providers, suppliers, visitors, or attendees may enter or operate at the property without prior written approval from Erossea Villa. Any quoted charges for approved extra services must be prepaid as specified by Erossea Villa.

NUMBER OF PERSONS & BEHAVIOR & DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY

Only those guests listed on the Booking Form and staying at the property may use the villa. Photocopies of passports of all registered guests will be requested upon arrival.

The villa is provided as a private accommodation stay for the exclusive use of the registered in-house guests only. Family members, friends, or any other non-resident persons are not permitted to enter or use the property for visits, drinks, meals, celebrations, wedding-related moments, or any other gathering without prior written approval from Erossea Villa.

Any request involving non-resident persons changes the nature of the stay and must be reviewed and approved by Erossea Villa in writing in advance. Additional conditions, fees, permits, limitations, or documentation requirements may apply.

Housekeeping staff, maintenance personnel, chefs, and other approved service providers attending strictly in connection with the operation or servicing of the stay are not considered visitors or guests.

The guests are responsible for the proper and respectful behaviour of all registered guests staying at the property. The guests are required to report any damage to Erossea Villa and to bear the cost of any repair or replacement.

The refundable security deposit is €500 and must be prepaid on the arrival date in cash form.

Should any guest, or any person attending the property in breach of these terms, behave disrespectfully towards the property, its contents, staff, or surrounding area, Erossea Villa reserves the right to require immediate compliance, impose additional charges, or ask the guests to vacate the property immediately.

CHILDREN POLICIES

Children are welcome on our property. It is important to us to be informed about the age of the children before finalizing the booking to provide any additional services.

PETS

Pets are not accepted in our property.

SWIMMING POOL & JACUZZI

The pool and Jacuzzi will be kept clean and operational by the property staff. The pool area is NON protected children area, we require to keep your children under strict supervision around the pool or Jacuzzi areas during your stay.

The Suites level have no access to the pool area if booked separately.

WATER

Please note that our property is located on a small island with severe problems of drought. Therefore, water is a commodity to be used wisely.

INTERNET SERVICE

Erossea Villa provides Internet service. In case of technical problem beyond our control we cannot guarantee the provision of technical service to re-establish the connection.

PHOTOGRAPHY

No photography, filming, or content production at the property may be used for profit or in connection with any event, wedding, promotion, or commercial activity without prior written authorization from the Erossea Villa owner.

VALUABLES

Valuables left at the property are at the guest’s risk. Erossea Villa cannot be held responsible for their
loss or misplacement. We offer individual safes in each room.

MUSIC, NOISE & QUIET HOURS

To respect the residential setting of Imerovigli and neighboring properties, loud music, DJs, amplified sound systems, parties, or other noise disturbance are not permitted at the villa. Music must remain at a respectful background level and must cease by 11:00 pm at the latest. Guests must also comply with all applicable local quiet hours and noise regulations.
